Jing Chai has been involved in real estate since 2007 when he purchased his first property. He received both his real estate broker license as well as his mortgage loan originator license in 2012. He founded JC Realty in 2014. In 2015, under his leadership, his team started to use Airbnb to rent their customers’ properties. The team has over 4 years of experience of how to successfully build wealth in rental properties with Airbnb.
