COURSE RATIONALE

ACEQ Agent Training is aiming at helping new real estate agents achieve success in the real estate world. Many of our successful agents grew with effective mentorship and active practice. Rome was not built in a day. You cannot grasp all aspects of real estate in a really short period. However, we compile this course to offer you method and source to learn through your real estate career. We believe, all agents will be able to work ethically and independently at the time of finishing this course.

 

COURSE DESCRIPTION

We will have classes every Tuesday and Thursday night, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The first class will be complimentary and the following nine classes will be at a bundle price of $160 per person, or $20 per person per class with RSVP by every Monday. At the end of each class, a 5-minute-Quiz will cover the knowledge points from each class. At the end of these ten classes, there will be a final exam. For those who can answer all questions correctly can be rewarded. (Reward: we will refund the amount you paid for taking classes).

Chapter 8: How to Use IRA to Buy Real Estate

Chapter 9: Resources and Tools for Your Due Diligent

Chapter 10: How to Work on Expired Listings or distressed property (Final Exam)
